This package adds the viewer for .hlp Help files to Windows 10 operating systems. Microsoft does not offer an official release of this viewer for Windows 10. This package provides the Windows 8.1 binaries and MUI files for use on Windows 10.
It allows users to read the .hlp help files frequently included with legacy software.
