SFXCAB Substitute is a tool used to create Microsoft self-extracting cabinet (SFXCAB) archives. SFXCAB Substitute is a publicly-available tool that can be used to produce these archives.
The official SFXCAB tool is not available to the public.
SFXCAB Substitute supports creating regular cabinet packages as well as intra-package delta (IPD)-compressed packages.
