Welcome

Welcome to RAX Software.

RAX aims to provide useful software utilities for everybody. Whether you're a regular user looking for a tool to remove that stubborn AOL install or beautify your desktop, or a network admin trying to deploy software on 1000+ PCs, RAX probably has something for you.

There will eventually also be some information scattered around this website about repurposing and recycling obsoleted software. When it comes to recycling software, "Reverse (Engineer), Repurpose, Reuse".

RAX is a one-man development operation that is run as a hobby. If you want to know more about the developer or RAX's history, check out the "About RAX" section of the website.

**Important - Uninstall Failures due to revoked Symantec Certificates**

It has recently been discovered that the older Wise Install technology used in some of our products such as RGS and RAX Application Platform will fail during uninstallation due to revoked certificates.

If you are receiving a "This program has been blocked for your protection" message when trying to uninstall our products, please disable Windows Defender Smartscreen, complete the uninstallation, then re-enable Smartscreen.

Alternately, you may download this file, place it in the program's installation folder alongside the "Install.log" file, and run it to complete the uninstall process.

Updated installers are also being released for all impacted products. Users are encouraged to update to the latest versions.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
